If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, we'll be happy to take back the items you ordered. To do this, you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please always send us an email in advance so that we can allocate the items.

Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the items yourself, as we are a small company and cannot bear the costs for this. It is important that the items to be returned reach us in their original packaging and undamaged. To avoid the items being damaged or lost during shipping, we advise you to send the return insured or at least with a tracking number.

For the reshipment of the item to be exchanged, we will charge you a shipping fee that depends on the value or weight of the goods. You will receive an invoice from us by email for this.
